Shipping policy

All orders placed through our store are fulfilled and shipped using Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon). Once an order is received, Amazon handles packaging, shipping, and delivery using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Customers automatically receive email notifications at every stage — including order confirmation, shipment confirmation (with tracking information), and final delivery confirmation. Delivery times and tracking updates are managed directly through Amazon’s system to ensure accuracy and verified proof of delivery.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully completed unless the customer contacts us regarding an issue within our standard return window.
